Yes, you may pick up your puppy in person! We enjoy meeting the people who get our puppies! If you do decide to pick up your puppy in person, you will need to call us to make payment so that you can avoid paying for the shipping. |

6) What is the cost of shipping my puppy?

The cost to ship your puppy is $275.00.
This shipping price for our puppies is also listed in the "dropdown" on each listing.
The cost of shipping is subject to change at any time with rising cost of fuel, though we will attempt to keep prices down. |

7) What is the procedure of shipping my puppy?
|

After receiving your deposit or full payment for the puppy of your choice. We will call Continental Airlines (Delta Airlines if flying by Delta) and set up a flight for your puppy. We will then e-mail your puppy's flight information to you. This will include flight date, flight times, flight numbers, where to pick up, and a phone number for your airport if you need directions. Your puppy will then be taken to our vet to get a Health Certificate. This will allow him to legally cross state lines. We will then take your puppy to the airport, once payment is received in full, and in a few hours you will have your new family member! |

8) What paperwork will I receive with my puppy when I pick up my puppy at the airport?

The paperwork we send with your puppy on the airline is his/her shot record, a form for you and your vet to fill out within 3 days of receiving your puppy, and their health guarantee. The AKC papers and Pedigree will be mailed to you in a gold colored package, on the day your puppy is shipped to you. You should receive the packet in 3-5 business days. |

9) Can you ship my puppy by bus?

YES! We can ship your puppy to you by bus to select locations.

The cost of the bus is a little higher than shipping by air. |

11) What are you feeding your puppies & where can I get it?

We feed our Puppies, Royal Canin Small Breed Puppy Food. You can usually find this food in your area at either PetsMart or Petco. If you cannot find this food in your area then we recommend you feeding Ukinuba Small Breed Puppy Food. |

12) What vaccinations do you give your puppies before they leave for their new homes?

Our puppies do get a series of vaccinations to ensure that they will be healthy! All of our puppies get a vaccination for Kennel cough at 4 weeks of age. They get Vanguard +5 at 6 & 8 weeks of age. Our puppies are given 4 wormings at: 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age. Our puppies also get some preventative medicines which include: Albon, Mita Clear & Metronidazol. |

15) Do you keep your dogs in Kennels?

Yes, we do have our dogs in kennels, hence the name Sweetwater Kennel. It would be a huge mess to keep them all in the house. Our dogs have clean carpets to lay on, air conditioning or heating, fresh water and high quality food. Our dogs also get out to play every day that it is not raining or snowing! |
